We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible. We accept applications on a rolling basis; therefore; we welcome applications year-round.  

Eligibility:

The Chinese Flagship Program is for outstanding and highly motivated students of any major who want to achieve a superior level of proficiency in Chinese, whether they are of Chinese heritage or not. Students with no prior experience in the language or students with prior experience in studying Chinese are all welcome and encouraged to apply.*

We accept regularly enrolled Hunter College students or students in the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. In order to take advantage of this opportunity to make the most of your college education, you must first apply and be accepted by Hunter College.
